Seclo^®

Indication:
Seclo^® capsule and tablet is indicated for gastroesophageal reflux disease including reflux esophagitis, acid reflux disease, duodenal and benign gastric ulcers, Helicobacter pylori eradication regimens in peptic ulcer disease, prophylaxis of acid aspiration, Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome (ZES) and for the treatment of NSAID-associated gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers or gastroduodenal erosions.
Seclo^® IV is indicated primarily for the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and may also be used for the treatment of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and reflux esophagitis.

Dosage & Administration:
Capsule and tablet: Omeprazole should be taken before meal.

Preparation:

Seclo^® 20 Capsule: Box containing 12 x 10 capsules in Alu-Alu blister pack

Seclo^® 40 capsule: Box containing 5 X 6 capsules in Alu-Alu blister pack.

Seclo^® 40 IV Injection: Box containing one vial of lyophilized Omeprazole 40 mg, one ampule of water for injection BP 10 ml and one sterile disposable syringe (10ml).
