TRB^TM

Indication:
Resmetirom is indicated for the treatment of adults with noncirrhotic metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis (consistent with stages F2 to F3 fibrosis). Which is also effectively reduces liver fat.

Dosage & Administration:
The recommended dosage of TRB^TM is based on actual body weight. For patients weighing:
• <100 kg, the recommended dosage is 80 mg orally once daily.
• ≥100 kg, the recommended dosage is 100 mg orally once daily.
Concomitant Use with Moderate CYP450 2C8 Inhibitors (e.g., clopidogrel):
• <100 kg : 60 mg orally once a day
• ≥100 kg : 80 mg orally once a day

Preparation:
TRB^TM 60 mg tablet: Each box contains 10 tablets in an Alu-Alu blister pack.
TRB^TM 80 mg tablet: Each box contains 10 tablets in an Alu-Alu blister pack.
TRB^TM 100 mg tablet: Each box contains 10 tablets in an Alu-Alu blister pack.
